Protesters have projected a message onto the Queen's Buckingham Palace residence accusing her incoming prime minister Boris Johnson of being a "liar".
The protest, set up by the crowd-funded anti-Brexit group $4 appears to have taken place in the early hours of Wednesday morning, ahead of Johnson officially becoming Britain's new prime minister.
Theresa May will on Wednesday visit the palace to officially stand down as prime minister before Johnson will arrive to request permission from the Queen to form a new government.
He is expected to make a brief speech upon arriving at Downing Street, before beginning the process of forming his new cabinet.
