Kalanick talked about Uber’s plans for India and how it’s looking at making the service so efficient and cost effective that people in India would not want to own a car and how that will help improve the quality of air specially in New Delhi. But it was when Kant asked him about future of autonomous cars in India, Travis had a different story to tell, he said that India will probably be the last country in the world to get autonomous cars! This is what Kalanick has gathered from his various trips to India including the one time when $4
