Car launches in July – From Audi Q8 e-tron to a new looking Kia Seltos

India witnessed the launch of several new cars in India in the month of June 2023, including the Maruti Suzuki Jimny, the BMW M2, Volvo C40 Recharge and more. The month of July will also witness the launch of several cars in the country.

Kia Seltos facelift

Kia is expected to unveil a facelift of the Seltos compact SUV, the company’s most popular offering in the country on July 4. The Seltos facelift was showcased globally last July and is set to arrive in India after a year. In addition to design changes, the car will get a panoramic sunroof and will run on the company’s new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine.

Maruti Suzuki Invicto

Maruti Suzuki earlier this month began accepting bookings for the Invicto, its upcoming premium multi-purpose vehicle in India, which is based on the Toyota Innova Hycross. The car is scheduled to launch in the country on July 5 and is expected to be priced around ₹20 lakh. It is expected to be equipped with a 2.0-litre petrol engine with hybrid technology.

Audi Q8 e-tron

German automaker Audi is expected to unveil its latest electric car, the Q8 e-tron in India in July, with a price tag above ₹1 crore. The Q8 e-tron will join the company’s extensive EV lineup in India which includes the e-tron, e-tron GT and the e-tron Sportback.

Hyundai Exter

Korean automaker Hyundai is expected to launch the Exter, its compact SUV in India on July 10. The Exter has been designed specifically for India and is based on the company’s global offering Casper. It will be available with a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine and a CNG option. The car will offer an electric sunroof, cruise control, wireless charging and more.
