DRDO is inviting applications for apprentice posts in India — Here is how you can apply

• DRDO is inviting applications for apprentices posts for one year training with a maximum stipend of ₹9,000.
• The last date for applying is 21 days from the date of the advertisement, which came out on October 22.
• Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training in any institute/organisation are not eligible

Defence Scientific Information and Documentation Centre (DESIDOC), under the aegis of Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence is recruiting 21 apprentices across different departments for one year training.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for the post on the official website of DRDO. The last date for applying is 21 days from the date of the advertisement, which came out on October 22.

Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training in any institute/organisation are not eligible and only those who passed in 2019 or later can apply.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of the marks or percentage scored in their educational qualification and the shortlisted ones will be called for an interview.

Candidates who clear both the rounds will be informed about their selection through an offer letter.

The Director of DESIDOC has set up a board that will go through the applications, and shortlist the candidates as per selection criteria.
