Public sector bank Union Bank of India has invited online applications for recruitment for manager positions in different profiles. There are a total of 347 vacancies in the bank.

The bank will conduct an online examination for the selection. The exam is likely to be held on October 9 at various centres — Delhi/NCR, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Kolkata, Patna, Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad, Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Greater Mumbai/Thane, Bengaluru, Chennai, Bhopal, Ahmedabad.

While applying online, candidates belonging to General/Economically Weaker Section/Other Backward Class will have to pay a non-refundable intimation fees of ₹850. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC)/Scheduled Tribes (ST)/Persons with benchmark disability (PWBD) don’t have to pay any intimation fee.

Candidates who are shortlisted or selected for personal interview will be informed through email or SMS on their registered mobile number. The bank advises all the applicants to regularly keep a track of their status on the bank's website.

Eligibility criteria for each role —

• Applicants must be citizens of India or subject of Nepal or subject of Bhutan or Tibetan refugee who migrated to India before January 1, 1962 or of Indian origin migrated to Pakistan/Burma/Sri Lanka/East African countries of Kenya/Uganda/The United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar)/Zambia/Malawi/Zaire/Ethiopia or Vietnam.

• For Senior Manager (Risk) —

1. Candidates must be between 30-40 years of age.
2. Should have at least 5 years of experience in Credit Risk and Risk Modeling in Financial Institutions/Rating Agencies/Brokerage firms.
3. Masters in Mathematics or Statistics or MBA in finance (with minimum 60% aggregate marks) or CA/CS/CMA (ICWA) or should be a holder of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute or Professional Risk Management Certification from PRIMA Institute or Certification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk (GARP).

• Manager (Risk) —

1. Candidates must be between 25-35 years of age.
2. Should have at least 2 years of experience in Credit Risk and Risk Modeling in Financial Institutions/ Rating Agencies/Brokerage firms.
3. Masters in Mathematics or Statistics or MBA in finance (with 60% aggregate marks) or CA/CS/CMA (ICWA) or should be a holder of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute or Professional Risk Management Certification from PRIMA Institute or Certification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk (GARP).
   

• Manager (Civil Engineer) —

1. Candidates must be between 25-35 years of age.
2. Should have a minimum experience of 3 years in Construction/Maintenance of multistoried Commercial/Residential Buildings in Govt./Semi Govt. Dept. or institutions/Public Sector Undertakings/Listed corporate or its group companies.
3. Degree holder of Bachelors in Engineering (B.E)/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised university with minimum 60% aggregate marks.

• Manager (Architect) —

1. Candidates must be between 25-35 years of age.
2. Should have a minimum 3 years of work experience in planning, designing, supervision and execution of multi-storied commercial/institutional/residential projects.
3. A holder of Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a university recognised by the Government of India with minimum 60% aggregate marks.

• Manager (Electrical Engineer) —

1. Candidates must be between 25-35 years of age.
2. Should have a minimum 5 years of post-qualification work experience in maintenance of HT/LT Panels, Cables, Industrial Wiring, Electrical Installation of Commercial and Residential building, DG sets, Air-Conditioning Plants, etc.
3. Degree holder of bachelor’s in engineering (B.E)/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised university with minimum 60% aggregate marks.

• Manager (Printing Technology) —

1. The candidate must be between 25-35 years of age.
2. Should have a minimum 3 years of experience in printing line/paper verification and possess knowledge of security features of MICR Cheque printing and different quality of papers used for MICR cheque.
3. A holder of bachelor’s degree in B.E/B.Tech in Printing Technology from a university recognised by the Government of India with minimum 60% aggregate marks.

• Manager (Forex) —

1. Candidates must be between 25-35 years of age.
2. Should have at least 3 years of work experience in Banking and Finance in Foreign trade Finance operations in Public/Private Sector Banks.
3. The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline and an MBA degree holder with specialisation in Finance/International Business/Trade Finance from a university recognised by the Government of India with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
   

• Manager (Chartered Accountant) —

1. Candidates must be between 25-35 years of age.
2. The candidate should have a minimum 2 years of experience as CA in a BANK/NBFC/FIs/Credit rating agency.
3. Should be a Chartered Accountant from an institution recognised by ICAI.
   

• Assistant Manager (Technical Officer) —

1. Candidates should be between 20-30 years of age.
2. Should hold a Degree in Engineering in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Production/Metallurgy/ Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication /Computer Science/Information Technology/Textile/ Chemical etc./B.Pharma.

• Assistant Manager (Forex) —

1. Candidates should be between 20-30 years of age.
2. The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline and an MBA degree holder with specialisation in Finance/International Business/Trade Finance from a university recognised by the Government of India with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
