Speaking to the media before the session began, PM Modi said, “No relaxations until the Covid-19 vaccine comes.” He added that the parliament session is being organised with all necessary health precautions to contain the spread of the disease.

Members were seated in a staggered manner during the session. With a new schedule, Lok Sabha on September 14 from 9 am to 1 pm and September 15 onwards, it will sit from 3 pm to 7 pm. Meanwhile, the Rajya Sabha will gather from 3 pm to 7 pm on September 14, and from September 15 onwards, it will sit from 9 am to 1 pm.
