The Indian government is hiring professionals to achieve its objective of innovation and ‘AI for all,’ government think-tank NITI Ayog said in a tweet last week.

The central government is looking to fill 44 positions for Senior Specialist and Specialist(16), Associate(18), and Senior Associate(10) position in the Behavioural Economics and Frontier tech domain.

With these hirings, the government is looking for candidates that can assist them in innovation and transformation of Behavioural Economics. The applicants hired under the Frontier Tech will work on Blockchain technology, NITI Aayog said.

The selected candidates for the post of Senior Specialist will be offered a salary between ₹123,100 to ₹215,900 while Specialist positions will offer remuneration between ₹78,800 and ₹145,000. The salary for Senior Associate will vary between ₹67,700 and ₹208,700, and the salaries for Associate position will lie between ₹56,100 and ₹177,500.

Meanwhile, the government is also looking to hire nearly 40 creative professionals for formulating projects for the National Institution for Transforming India (NITI Aayog).

The applicants should have a Master’s degree as the minimum educational qualification.
