The Galaxy M15 5G is similar to the company’s Galaxy F15 5G smartphone and will be aimed at the online market. The device is expected to be launched in India within the next few days.
The Galaxy M15 5G is expected to be priced similar to the Galaxy F15 in the country. The device will take on the likes of the Realme 12 5G and the Redmi Note 12 5G in the under ₹20,000 segment.
The Samsung Galaxy M15 5G is expected to be priced starting at ₹15,999 in India. The device will be available in three colour options – Dark Blue, Grey and Light Blue.
The Samsung Galaxy M15 5G runs on Android 14 out of the box with the company’s OneUI 6 on top. The smartphone maker has promised four years of Android updates and five years of security updates for the smartphone, meaning it should get the Android 18 update. It device features a 6.5-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate.
The Samsung Galaxy M15 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset. It comes in a single memory variant, offering 4GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device comes with microSD card support.
Coming to the camera department, the Galaxy M15 5G features a triple camera setup at the back consisting of a 50MP primary camera, a 5MP ultra-wide angle sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. On the front, the device sports a 13MP selfie camera.
The Galaxy M15 5G is powered by a 6,000mAh battery and comes with 25W charging support. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor on the right side, integrated into the power button to unlock the smartphone.
