Apple has launched theMacBook Pro 14-inch and 16-inch in India with the new M2 Pro and M2 Max chipsets.- The company has also launched the new

The new MacBook Pro and the Mac mini offer improved performance thanks to the new chipset, but there are no significant changes in design and hardware.
The devices are now available on the company’s website and will be shipped starting from January 24.
The Apple MacBook Pro has been launched in two sizes – 14.2-inch (3024 x 1964 pixels) and 16.2-inch (3456 x 2234 pixels). Both devices feature a Liquid Retina XDR display and offer ProMotion technology with an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz.
The Apple MacBook Pro 14-inch and 16-inch are equipped with 10-core or 12-core M2 Pro chipset and 12-core M2 Max chipset.
The M2 Pro offers 20% greater performance, 30% more graphics performance, and 40% faster neural performance over the M1 Pro chipset. Similarly, the M2 Max chipset offers 20% greater performance, 30% improved graphics performance, and up to 40% faster neural performance than the M1 Max chipset.
In terms of memory, the devices are offered with up to 32GB unified memory, which can be upgraded up to 96GB. The devices offer up to 1TB of storage, which can be upgraded to 8TB.
The device is equipped with a backlit magic keyboard with Touch ID and a force touch trackpad. It supports spatial audio and comes with a three-mic array.
In terms of connectivity, the devices feature three Thunderbolt 4 USB Type-C ports, DisplayPort, SDXC card slot, MagSafe 3 port, and an HDMI 2.1 port.
The Mac mini is now available on the company’s website and will start shipping from January 24.
Apple has not changed the design of the Mac mini, but it comes with hardware improvements, including the addition of the powerful M2 and the M2 Pro chipsets.
The Mac mini with the M2 chipset features an 8-core CPU with four performance cores and four efficiency cores. It also comes with a 10-core GPU which supports two displays and up to 6K external display.
The M2 Pro variant has a 12-core CPU with eight performance cores and four efficiency cores. It comes with a 19-core GPU which supports three displays and up to 8K external display.
While the M2 variant comes with two Thunderbolt 4 ports, the M2 Pro variant offers four Thunderbolt 4 ports.
