Vi launches new prepaid recharge plans with Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription

• Vi is offering five recharge plans including a data add-on pack.
• These plans offer a one year subscription of Disney+ Hotstar Mobile.
• There are other benefits like unlimited calling and 100 SMS per day on these plans.

Vi (Vodafone Idea) has launched new recharge plans with a one year subscription of $4 that is priced at ₹499 annually. There are five new plans in total starting at ₹501 and going up to ₹2,595. The new plans have been introduced to include the recently launched Disney+ Hotstar Mobile plan. Vi previously offered the Disney+ Hotstar VIP subscription along with its recharge plans.

In addition to a one year subscription of Disney+ Hotstar, these Vi prepaid plans also offer unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day and 3GB of data per day along with extra data up to 48GB. Customers also get access to Vi Movies and TV Classic service for movies, TV shows, live TV and news. There’s also a data add-on pack priced at ₹601 that offers 75GB of data and Disney+ Hotstar Mobile for one year. This booster pack can be used along with an existing recharge plan.

These prepaid plans also come with Vi’s ‘Binge All Night’ and ‘Weekend Data Rollover” offers. Under the Binge All Night offer, Vi users can get unlimited data between 12 am and 6 am daily. The Weekend Data Rollover essentially carries forward unused data to the weekend.

Vi’s latest offerings come shortly after $4 also introduced new recharge plans with Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription. All three telcos have been offering Disney+ Hotstar VIP subscription with their prepaid plans. Owing to the change in Disney+ Hotstar subscription plans, the telcos have also revamped their offerings. Airtel has three prepaid plans priced at ₹499, ₹699 and ₹2,798. Jio is offering four recharge plans including a data add-on pack with Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription.
