3. Add protein in your diet but also keep your meal balanced. Eat carbohydrates and fats according to your body requirement and fat percentage.
4. Avoid junk, oily food, maida and sweets.
5. Make sure you eat right the type of food and on right time without fail. Have a diet plan which is not boring and you don’t have to go for a cheat day.

6. Workout on regular basis such as resistance training, functional training, walking and cycling.
