The stock had opened at ₹2,111.80 and reached ₹2,486 in 5 minutes, on July 29. Post listing, the market capitalisation of the company stood at ₹5,175 crore, according to BSE data. At 10:07 a.m., on July 29, shares of Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem were trading at ₹2,331, up 115%. The grey market premium of the stock had indicated a 105-110% premium with stock price at Rs 1,140-1,150 per share over the issue price. The company was looking to raise ₹500 crore through the public issue of shares. Gujarat-based speciality chemical manufacturer was a hit among investors during the bidding days, especially from non-institutional investors and qualified institutional buyers. The issue size was subscribed 182.04 times on the third and final day of the issue on July 20. The initial public offering (IPO) was subscribed much more than that of the recent speciality chemical company Clean Science and Technology IPO which was 95 times. In fact, most analysts had suggested subscribing to the IPO for the long term on strong growth opportunities in global markets. The IPO was open for subscription from July 16 to July 20. The company manufactures a range of products in specialty chemicals category and serves industries like automotive, petroleum, pharmaceutical, agro chemicals, paints and coatings, dyes and pigments, personal care and flavour and fragrances industries. Ace stock market investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, on July 24, has reportedly described the company’s stock as ‘tulip mania’. While investors are still upbeat on Zomato stock, experts find it overvalued and expensive

Tata-owned <keyword id="2573" type="General" weightage="100" keywordseo="air-india" source="Orion">Air India</keyword> (AI) has released latest grooming guidelines for all its crew members while giving clear instructions about the 'No More Chalta Hai'culture. Air India issued a circular of over 40 pages regarding the revised image and uniform guidelines, which clearly mentions criterions for both male and female crew members. "For the male crew, black uniform jackets must be worn throughout the flight in all cabins. (During boarding, service and deplaning). Personal tie pins are not allowed. Crew can wear a tie without the tie pin if not issued. Only black calf-length socks without logos are to be worn with the uniform. Men must maintain neat short haircut with side parting (without volume)," Air India circular read. In addition to this, Air India asked the male crew members to shave daily and apply hair gel mandatorily. "Use of hair gel is mandatory. Male crew with deep receding hairlines and male balding patches must keep a clean shaved head or bald look. The Head must be shaved daily. A crew cut is not permitted. Grey hair is not permitted. Grey hair must be regularly coloured in a natural shade. Fashion colours and heena are not permitted. Rings- Only one ring in wedding band design is allowed for men. Only one <keyword id="15604161" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="sikh-kada" source="Orion">Sikh Kada</keyword> with a maximum width of 0.5 cm thickness in gold or silver without any design, logos or stones may be worn. (No bracelets)," the guidelines read. Air India asked its female crew members to follow the latest uniform guidelines strictly. According to its latest circular female crew members should follow the following uniform guidelines, "<keyword id="1053418" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="apron" source="Orion">Apron</keyword> is discontinued and not to be worn. Black blazer with Indo-western uniform is also discontinued and not to be worn on board. Calf-length stockings (sheer ones and matching the skin tone) are mandatory for flight duties with both a saree and Indo western uniform. The company-issued black cardigan can be worn for boarding and deplaning (during winter months only) and inflight for lull periods on LH and ULH flights throughout the year. Cardigan and waistcoat must never be worn together. Cardigan is not permitted during service." It further said that foundation and concealers matching the skin tone are mandatory. "The crew must wear complete make-up as per the new uniform guidelines for all flight duties using the company shade card only. Eyeshadow, lipsticks, nail paint and hair shade cards are to be strictly followed as per uniform. Personal shades in these four products are not permitted. Nail paint colours from shade card to be matched with uniform - red and corals for red uniform, pink with blue uniform and nude, pearly white and French manicure with both uniforms," the guidelines read. As per the latest guidelines, gel nail polish and French manicures are allowed with regular refills and must be well-maintained. "Earrings- gold and diamond studs only in round shape without any design and ornamentation are permitted. Pearls are not allowed. A small bindi is allowed with a saree only (optional) and must be within 0.5 cm in size. Big-size bindi is not permitted. Two rings with 1 cm of width allowed for the female crew but to be worn one in each hand. 20. Only 1 thin bangle in gold or silver without design and stones may be worn. (No bracelets)," it said. The airline said that the grey hair must be coloured in a natural shade or using a company hair colour shade card for females. "Blonde hair colour and streaking is strictly not permitted. Hair must be neat and styled according to company hair guidelines. Very high top knots and low buns resting on the neck are strictly not permitted. The bun must be made in the centre of the crown. A donut must be used for making a round bun. Only a thin sheer invisible net must be used with buns. Thick nets are not permitted. Only four black medium-size tic-tac or <keyword id="3596" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="bobby" source="Orion">bobby</keyword> pins are to be used. Pins must be of the same size and type. Short open hair must be blow dried or permanent smoothening to be done," it said. Air India directed all crew members to implement the above uniform rules immediately but sources in the airline said that it is not applicable as thousands of crew members will take time to follow the latest rules. And homeownership is more important than other major life goals and events, like getting married and having children, to nearly three-fourths of millennials surveyed in a <a href="https://info.bankofamerica.com/homebuyers-report/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">2018 Bank of America study</a>.But homes are 39% more expensive than they were nearly 40 years ago, <a href="https://studentloanhero.com/featured/millennials-have-better-worse-than-generations-past/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according to Student Loan Hero</a>, meaning that some <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/millennials-cost-of-living-compared-to-gen-x-baby-boomers-2018-5#millennials-are-saving-more-money-for-a-longer-time-to-become-homeowners-1" target="_blank" rel="noopener">millennials need to save longer to buy homes</a>. While Booth and Thomas both had eventual marriage in mind, not all unmarried homebuyers get a happily ever after - and their bank accounts may suffer as a result. And with financial pitfalls come legal risks.If the relationship dissolves, there could be mortgage and legal fees associated with removing a person from the mortgage or home deed, Dixon said. If you sell the home, it's likely you'd split the loss, she added."Laws help married couples divvy up property after they've split up, but there's a lot of legal grey area around those who are unmarried," Ben Mizes, former real-estate investor and cofounder of <a href="https://listwithclever.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Clever Real Estate</a> told Business Insider. "I recommend involving a lawyer and drawing up a contract that spells out what will happen in the event of a breakup," he said. "This cohabitation property agreement should include rules for how the property will be divided, buyouts, exit strategies, and the dispute process. You can also stipulate what percentage of the property each party owns."Keep in mind that real-estate laws also vary by state, from holding titles to offering buyout provisions, in which you can agree to buy the other person out of the house at market value after a certain period of time, Gershburg said.He recommends sitting down at a long dinner to discuss the practicalities and finances involved. Ask yourselves, "In the event of a breakup, does the house automatically get sold? What if I get laid off? If we want to rent it out, do we agree as to how much it is?
