New Delhi-based Awfis Space Solutions, a workspace solution provider catering to large corporations, SMEs and individuals is expected to announce the allotment status of its initial public offering (IPO) on Tuesday, May 28.

The Awfis Space Solutions IPO opened on May 22 and closed on May 27. The price band for the IPO was ₹364 to ₹383 per share.
Robust subscription
On the last day, the Awfis Space Solutions IPO was subscribed 108.15 times, receiving bids for 93.33 crore equity shares against 86.30 lakh shares on offer.

While the qualified institutional buyer portion was subscribed 116.95 times, the non-institutional investors portion was subscribed 129.26 times. The retail portion also witnessed excellent participation and was subscribed 53.14 times. The employee portion was subscribed 26.61 times.
Grey market premium
The shares of Awfis Space Solutions are currently commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of ₹120 per share. GMP is the premium at which IPO shares are traded in an unofficial market before they are listed on the stock exchanges.
