Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra specifications

The Galaxy S24 Ultra is the most premium offering in the company’s S-series lineup and is packed with the best hardware.

Like Apple’s iPhone 15 Pro models, the Galaxy S24 Ultra comes with a titanium frame for the first time. With the use of titanium, the Galaxy S24 Ultra offers a thinner body at 8.6mm.

The Galaxy S24 Ultra features a 6.8-inch Quad HD+ Dynamic AMOLED display with a 1-120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass Armor protection. It offers a peak brightness of 2,700 nits.

It is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy, designed for the Galaxy S25 series and clocked higher than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. It comes with 12GB RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage.

Coming to the optics, the device features a quad camera setup at the back consisting of a 200MP primary camera, a 12MP ultra-wide angle camera, a 10MP telephoto lens, and a 50MP periscope lens. It offers 5x zoom and 100x digital zoom. On the front, the device features a 12MP selfie camera.

The primary camera sensor on the Galaxy S24 Ultra is 60% larger, promising exceptional image quality. It also comes with AI zoom capabilities and offers nightography 5X zoom, and AI-generated additional frames in slow motion elevate the photography and videography experience.

It is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that offers 45W fast charging, the same as the Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus specifications

The Galaxy S24, the most affordable device among the three, comes with a comparatively compact design, featuring a 6.2-inch Full HD+ Dynamic AMOLED display. The Galaxy S24 Plus, on the other hand, sits in the middle and features a larger 6.7-inch Quad HD+ Dynamic AMOLED display. Both devices offer a 1-120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.

Unlike the Galaxy S23 series, the Galaxy S24 series is not completely equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The vanilla Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus are equipped with the company’s Exynos 2400 chipset. While the Galaxy S24 is available in 8GB + 256GB and 8GB + 512GB storage options, the Galaxy S24 Plus comes in 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB storage options.

The Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus feature the same triple camera setup at the back – a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 10MP telephoto lens that offers 3x optical zoom. Both devices offer a 12MP selfie camera on the front, just like the Galaxy S24 Ultra.

The Galaxy S24 is still behind its peers in the battery department, featuring a 4,000mAh battery with 25W charging support. The Galaxy S24 Plus has a larger 4,900mAh battery with 45W charging support. Both the devices support wireless charging.
