A lot has changed since the company’s first community investment round, including the launch of the Nothing ear (1) truly wireless (TWS) earbuds. The company is also working on an Android smartphone.
Nothing is looking to raise $10 million as part of the Community Investment (2) round. The company has claimed that it was able to raise $1.5 million in its last round in just 54 seconds.
The company says that the community investment round has already been subscribed by 7 times and more than $70 million has been pre-registered on the website.
So far, Nothing has raised $144 million. The company had recently raised $70 million as part of its Series B funding. The Series B fundraise was led by EQT Ventures and saw participation from GV (Google Ventures).
Anyone over the age of 18 years can invest in Nothing, the company has revealed on its website.
If you are looking to invest in Nothing, you can register your interest on the company’s website. You will then have to create a Crowdcube account.
Users who pre-register their interest will be able to invest starting from April 5, 6:30 PM IST.
Nothing has revealed that in addition to equity, investors will also get exclusive rewards from the company.
Investors need to make a minimum investment of $51.3 (₹3,875 approx.).
Investors will need to share the following documents –
- Passport
- Identity card
- Bank statement
Once the company finishes the community investment round, it will share an email with the payment details and allow you to withdraw your investment request.
Nothing has revealed that the company will elect one board member from this community of users to represent the voice of the community in board meetings.
