15 of the best companies to work for in America if you love working from home
If being cooped up inside an office all day doesn't sound appealing to you, finding a job where employees are allowed to work from home might be more your speed. Fortunately, many of the country's best employers make workplace flexibility a priority.
Business Insider worked with PayScale, a compensation software and data company, to find the 50 best companies to work for in America - dream-job companies where a premium is placed on employee satisfaction.
To select the companies that are most flexible, we looked at our list to see which had the highest percentage of employees who were able to telecommute. PayScale determined this by looking at the number of respondents who answered, "Yes, I telecommute 100% of the time," or "Yes, I telecommute most of the time," or "Yes, I telecommute some of the time," to the question, "Are you able to telecommute/work from home?" We ranked the top-15, giving the tie-breaker to the companies that performed better on the overall list of best employers. Read a detailed breakdown of the ranking's methodology here.
