CBI identified 2,200 corrupt government officials in 2015

As per the agency reports, there was a 94% jump in identifying corrupt officials in the country from 2014.
As of now, 101 FIRs have been registered against these persons. "People expect the CBI to act against corruption and we are doing just that. Our focus is on conducting fair investigations and completing pending investigations," said CBI director
Sinha told TOI that CBI has managed to file 1,044 chargesheets in 2015, its highest number in the last five years.
