TRF LTD: The Tata Group company surged limit up 20 percent to 327 rupees after it reported a second quarter net profit of 4.14 crore rupees compared with a quarterly loss of 9.28 crore rupees in the year ago period.YES BANK LTD.: The mid-sized lender bucked a bearish trend in its sector, rising 2.4 percent to 744.75 rupees, after it reported a 27 percent rise in second quarter net profit to 610 rupees.
TORRENT POWER LTD.: The electricity producer surged as much as 9 percent to 199.90 rupees after it reported a 9-fold rise in second quarter net profit to 245.2 crore rupees.
JUST DIAL LTD.: The Internet search services company plunged 10 percent to 865 rupees after it second quarter net profit was boosted by a surge in non-operational Income. Just Dial reported earnings after tax of 46.3 crore rupees, of which 26.3 crore rupees came from business other that search services.
INDIAN HUME PIPE COMPANY: Fell 5.7 percent to 392 rupees after it reported a 40 percent fall in secon quarter net profit of 7 crore rupees. Total Income, too, fell 8.4 percent to 229 crore rupees.
