Here comes the Dallas Fed ...
The Dallas Federal Reserve will release its May report on manufacturing activity in the region at 10:30 a.m. ET.
Economists forecast that the index of general business activity improved to -8 from -13.9, according to Bloomberg.
Most other regional manufacturing indexes, including those from New York, Richmond and Chicago showed that the sector's rebound is taking longer than anticipated. In Chicago, there was a renewed slowdown after a few months of recovery
As usual, the report from Dallas will also include anecdotes from respondents in the manufacturing sector on foreign demand, the impact of the energy sector, and what's influencing their business outlook.
