The special flight-‘Flight of Fantasy’-which took off from Indira Gandhi International Airport- was operated in collaboration with NGOs including cricketer Yuvraj Singh-run YouWeCan and city-based SDMC Primary School.

"The 'Flight of Fantasy' is our humble contribution towards making a positive impact on the minds and lives of these children. The smiles that lit up their faces during the flight is our true reward," said Jet Airways chief executive Cramer Ball.

Before the take off from Terminal 3, the children were entertained at an on-ground fun-filled event.

Jet Airways focussed on supporting community initiatives related to education and development of children while operating the flight.
