Since CEO Steve Ballmer stepping down and India-born Satya Nadella took over, there has been several major re-structuring in the company.Nadella has been clear about Microsoft’s future. It’s firmly based on restructuring and reinvention. He had to make several difficult choices like refocusing Microsoft’s mobile-based efforts and expanding many of its services to be offered on other platforms like Mac.
Nadella’s success became clear when Apple invited Microsoft on stage to demo Microsoft Office during its unveil of the iPad Pro. The industry believes Nadella is leading the company down the right track, and the revenue numbers speak for themselves.
