NFL POWER RANKINGS: Where all 32 teams stand going into Week 5

There are seven or eight teams we know are good. The Patriots, Packers, Broncos, Seahawks, Bengals, Falcons, and Cardinals all look like playoff teams, even after just four games.
The Panthers remain undefeated, but have played a weak schedule so far. The Jets have come out of the gates strong, but have an unimpressive loss to the lowly Eagles and have beaten up on the Dolphins and Browns.
And then there's a logjam of 2-2 teams. The Giants are surging and the Steelers are reeling. What do we make of the Rams, Colts, Vikings, Redskins, and Chargers? The Lions remain winless, but look miles better than a handful of other teams, especially the Texans and Jaguars. The same holds true for the 1-3 Ravens.
With the first month of the NFL season in the books, all we know is that outside the top tier, a lot is still in flux.
