Royal Bank of Scotland, India extends its maternity leave to six months

In order to retain talent and enable employees to reach their full potential, the revised maternity and paternity policies are designed in such a way that employees are able to balance both work and day-to-day life. RBS also provides other benefits like work from home and flexible working to it's employees.
