This company developed pants that will send notifications to your phone if your fly is open

By now you must be aware of the fact that every time you blink, an entrepreneur somewhere in the world thinks of a startup idea. No wonder, start-ups are everywhere.

And, normally I would complain about how there are just way too many start-ups in the world right now. It’s a task just sorting out the useful technological innovations from the useless.

But this one company may have just restored my belief in start-ups.

Not only is it incredibly useful technology but it is also a product that will truly benefit the society and save you from any and every embarrassment scenario in the near future.

Time for the big reveal.

A company called Chaotic R&D developed a revolutionary trousers integrated technology that will alert you when the zipper of the pants you're wearing are down.

The company (or you could also refer to them as ‘mankind’s saviour’) developed the design which is aptly named Noti-FLY with a simple aim- to save one from the soul-crushing humiliation of going out in public with an open fly.



Genius, right? We surely think so.

The company refers to this technology as ‘your personal pervert alert’ and it turns itself on as soon as the pants are buttoned.

Once you are wearing the pants, the technology will recognize whether or not the zipper is up and will discreetly send a push notification to your smartphone (via bluetooth) incase your fly happens to be down before anyone else notices.

Incase you were wondering, these pants are woven with electronic fabric and a circuit board, which installs a fabric-based switch in both the button and the zipper.



The result?

“Your fly stays closed, and your dignity remains intact, We’re saving the world, one ego at a time,” claim the makers on their website.

And, that’s not even the best part. In their attempt to create smart clothing, the design of this tech-infused embarrassment-preventing apparel is no different than your typical, everyday pants, as all the tech components are practically invisible to the outside world.

Remember all the times you’ve come out of the bathroom not realising your zip was down and were instead told by someone else minutes later? Yep, it’s time to bid goodbye to those dark times.
