After making a foray into the laptop segment only recently,

Similar to the flash sales here in India, Xiaomi did a beta testing program in China on August 1 for the VR headset where 1million people registered and few were able to buy the Mi VR Play for RMB 1 (Roughly Rs. 10). Xiaomi is planning to bring Mi VR Play in a selection of bold prints and colours. It comes with a two-way zipper that can work best with 4.7- to 5.7-inch smartphones.
Xiaomi has not yet announced the pricing for the VR headset. It has said the pricing will be announced at a later date. And we will have to wait and watch if and when the product will be available in India.
