We got a look inside One57, New York City's most expensive apartment building and the tower that started 'Billionaire's Row'

One57 is situated in the midst of entertainment venues, tourist attractions, high-end restaurants, and the legendary shopping of 5th Avenue.

The turnkey collection includes 38 different residences across seven different floors, and they're delivered to the buyer fully furnished. They range from one bedroom for a single occupant or couple, to four bedrooms fit for a family.

Once we arrived on the 38th floor, it was easy to see that the view was meant to take center stage. All of the units have floor-to-ceiling windows and incredible, unobstructed views of the city.

Apartment 38E is listed for a cool $5.25 million for 1,369 square feet — that's about $3,835 per square foot, significantly less than the average for the building. This turnkey apartment has one bedroom and two bathrooms.

To the north is the iconic Central Park, while the south side faces a bustling Midtown Manhattan. Both the Hudson and East Rivers are visible as well.

The One Collection's turnkey apartments come with everything: kitchen pots and pans, glassware, sheets, bathroom towels, and even the fluffy white robes that hang in the closets.

One57, which is attached to the Park Hyatt Hotel, has access to its indoor swimming pool, spa, bar, and restaurant, as well as housekeeping and dry cleaning services. The pool is part of the hotel, so you will find guests swimming there as well. If you never wanted to go outside, you probably wouldn't have to.
