Ford silently increased prices of Endeavour by Rs 2.85 lakh

The price of the Ford’s flagship SUV - Endeavour has been silently in India by up to Rs 2.85 lakh. The price of the base model is the same as earlier (Rs 23.78 lakh) but prices of the remaining variants have gone up by a huge amount.
Earlier, during the festive season of 2016, the company reduced the price of Endeavour to not only cash in on the festive mood but also to undercut its key rival, the Toyota Fortuner, which it did by a huge margin.
Earlier, theFord Endeavour's top-of-the-line variant used to be of Rs 29.76 lakh, but now it is par the Rs 30 lakh barrier with a price hike of Rs 1.13 lakh. The slightly lower variant has received a price hike of Rs 1.75 lakh over the previous asking price of Rs 25.93 lakh. As for the mid-variant, a least price hike of Rs 43,000 over its older price tag of Rs 27.50 lakh. However, the biggest leap of Rs 2.85 lakh has been taken by the 4X4 Trend MT variant powered by the same 2.2-litre diesel engine and is now priced at Rs 26.63 lakh.
