HC lifts Uber's ban in Delhi

The Delhi High Court has lifted the eight month long ban in India’s capital. It has asked the state transport department to issue the company a fresh "I don't know if there should be a complete ban. I have doubts about it. How can you stall someone like this?” Justice Manmohan asked the Delhi government lawyer. "You can grant a conditional permission," he insisted.
