The University of Michigan's final consumer sentiment index for June will cross the wires at 10 a.m. ET.

Economists expect that the index ticked down slightly to 94.0.

Previously, the preliminary results for June's consumer sentiment came in at 94.3.

The preliminary report noted that "consumers were a bit less optimistic in early June due to increased concerns about future economic prospects."
