Days of heavy rain have caused flooding in Western Europe, most notably in France, Germany, and Belgium.

It doesn't look like the rain will let up anytime soon.
The River Seine is due to hit a peak of almost 21 feet above its normal level today, as the flood waters in Paris continue to rise. French President Francois Hollande declared a state of emergency Thursday, and the Louvre and Orsay museums have already started moving some of their priceless works to safety.
Here's what the City of Lights - as well as surrounding French towns - looks like underwater.
