In fact, people who have interviewed with the No. 1 employer in America rate the process as one of the most difficult out there, scoring it's level of difficulty a 3.4 out of 5 on Glassdoor. This is more difficult than other best companies to work for like Facebook, Microsoft, and Salesforce.
