Kara Liotta is a jack-of-all-trades in the New York City fitness world.

She's the Creative Director of FlyBarre, the popular sculpting class from the FlyWheel spin empire. But on top of that, Kara, 30, is also a Nike trainer and ambassador, Wilhelmina fitness model, yogi, dancer and active Instagrammer.
