Aspiring Minds-Business Insider Survey: 68% corporates say entry level hires or graduates in India are not even job ready!

Corporates are complaining about major sill crunch in India. Majority feel that the entry level hires/graduates not even job ready!

Such and several other startling realities have come to the fore after Aspiring Minds and Business Insider conducted a joint survey ahead of the Union Budget 2016 in an attempt to find out the real issues which companies, particularly the corporate sector in India, face when they are hiring talent.

It remains to be seen if Arun Jaitley will take these real on-the-ground problems in consideration while he rolls out the benefits under the Skill India initiative in Union Budget 2016 soon. Meanwhile, here is a sneak peak into the findings of this survey done on small, medium and large companies in the country, ranging across sectors from IT, retail, hospitality to telecom and healthcare.
