FM Jaitley outlines 9 pillars to transform India

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley outlines 9 main areas of focus in his third budget speech 2016-17.

Saying that India was on growth trajectory, Jaitley said it was important to strengthen rural India and key social sectors.

These sectors are:

Rural areas
Agriculture and farmers in focus
Social and healthcare

Education and skilling India and job creation
Infrastructure
Investment,
ease of doing business
Tax reforms
Fiscal discipline
