Costco unveiled its latest store in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, last week and to celebrate, CEO Craig Jelinek gave new workers the chance to win a little money on the side.

According to The Post and Courier, Costco has a tradition at store openings where employees are given the chance to win hundreds of dollars in a fun game. Any worker who wants to participate is asked to put $1 in an envelope and make an estimate of how much they think the new store will make in sales on the first day of opening.

Costco is known for its perks. It's also considered to be one of the best retailers to work for. Earlier this year, Business Insider reported that Costco made Glassdoor's 2017 list of best places to work, and its CEO, Craig Jelinek, currently has a 92% approval rating on the site.

Out of Glassdoor's highest possible rating of five, compensation and benefits received a score of 4.3. Business Insider's Ashley Lutz reported that Costco paid its workers an average of $20.89 an hour.
