If you’re human, you need at least 5 alarms to get yourself out of bed. Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s Rock Clock is here to change all that. It’s an Android and iOS motivation alarm app. DJ’s not a fan of the snooze button, so he won’t offer you any. How do you like the smell of that cooking?

Call it a progress tracker too, the app also lets users set goals and help achieve them with some motivation from The Rock himself. He’ll get you off your bum with lines like ‘you can do this,’ ‘you got this’ and ‘it's on’.

You also get to watch motivational videos from the man. "I'm gonna be checking in with you guys daily with messages like this in the morning. Sometimes daily, sometimes every other day, sometimes weekly, sometimes, well who gives a shit. Just get up and get after your goals”, he says in one of these Snapchat-like clips.

The best (or worst) part is there’s no snooze button. Also, did we tell you each of the 25 alarm tones is as bombastic as the man himself? Choose to wake up to a roaring stadium, heavy metal music, Johnson saying “beep, beep, beep… I could do this all morning…” and stuff like that. He’ll elbow your sleep, and ensure it hits rock bottom.

In case you’re particularly pumped up, choose to wake at the built in Rock Time. That’s 5 am. The Rock will wake you up, and tell you it’s ‘Rock Time’. You know, at 5 am. There’s mild profanity and some crude humor, so don’t have a young sibling with you.

Created by the wrestler-cum-actor’s media production company 7 Bucks Entertainment, this app is part of Project Rock, an initiative where Johnson will motivate the public.
