This is the highest job offer made to students across some of the IITs this year. Laddha made news in 2013 when she cleared her JEE (Advanced) with an all-India rank (AIR) of six.

She broke into the male-dominated top 10 ranks of the most competitive entrance exam for undergraduate admissions in the country for the first time along with another girl.

Apart from Laddha, Palak Jain and Charmi Dedhia also got hired by Google for India office.

Only a fraction of students from the class manage to get the crore-plus offers every year. Students also argue that the actual package is only little more than the best domestic offer as the cost of living is higher in the US.
