What

National Herald is a now defunct paper founded by Jawaharlal Nehru. BJP leader Subramanian Swamy filed a complaint in 2012 alleging misappropriation of funds by top Congress leaders, including Sonia and Rahul. He alleged that the Gandhis acquired Rs 2000 cr through cheating and that their YIL took over AJL that owned Herald.
