The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India will analyze call drop data from its recent drive through testing and ‘take appropriate action, Chairman R S Sharma said.

The regulator will conduct its next drive in April, and more cities will be covered in the second round.

The regulator posted service quality results from drive through in seven cities showing telcos had failed the random drive tests in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune, Surat, Indore and Bhubaneshwar.
