22 jobs where people make far more now than they would have 10 years ago

It's to be expected that with the rising cost of living, pay increases would follow suit.

This, however, isn't always the case, as some occupations see significant drops in wages but others see significantly bigger increases than one might expect.

To find the careers with the biggest boost in salary over a decade, we took a look at the US Bureau of Labor Statistics' occupational-employment and wages data from 2005 and 2015, adjusted the 2005 wage data for inflation, and calculated the percent of increase in average annual wages.

While the average wage increase - adjusted for inflation - since 2005 is about 5%, here are 22 jobs where people make at least 20% more now than they would have 10 years ago:
