This has been done because the Delhi government needs the details of cabs that are to be phased out, so that proper action can be taken after the deadline.
The court has given these companies time till April 10 so that the details can be submitted along with an affidavit in a sealed cover.
The details are required by the transport department so that action can be taken against companies not complying with court orders.
