Pets Pyjamas, founded in 2011 by Denise Elphick, Karen Hanton and Olaf Siedler marries luxury, fashion, and travel for people who are crazy about their pets.

And of course, it wouldn't be possible to have such a company, if its staff weren't as nuts about their furry friends as the customers.

The website offers luxury handmade pet accessories, such as handmade leather collars and sumptuous doggy jackets. But it also does decadent tailor-made holidays for you and your pet, and even has a dog concierge service.

Gracia Amico, who was appointed CEO in 2014, has championed the bespoke dog-friendly holidays and it's massively boosting turnover. In fact, the company is doing so well it's expanding internationally and it's looking to hire more people over the next year.

So, Business Insider took a sneak peek into the Pets Pyjamas offices in the trendy Shoreditch area of London, to see what it's like to work there and if the place was chock-full of dogs - and we weren't disappointed.
