Leaked! Hyundai Creta prices: Petrol variant available from Rs 8.6 lakh

With competition getting cut throat and rivals all around, car launches seldom create a buzz. But exceptions are often there. Hyundai’s Creta has suddenly picked up pace in marketing strategies and is all set to go live this week. However, even before the car has been officially launched, tentative prices of the variants of the car are leaked.Creta is an SUV designed to take on Renault Duster, Mahindra XUV 500 and other SUVs in the same price bracket. Hyundai has never been so vibrant and active in the SUV market which was a breather for many car makers.
With the new car, Hyundai is planning to crush the stereotype and ably compete with the ones ruling the road.
Creta has a starting price of Rs 8.6 lakh for the base petrol variant with the top-end petrol trim is priced at Rs 11.3lakh, as per a news report by Zigwheels. The Creta will be offered with two Diesel engine options – 1.4-litre and 1.6-litre. The 1.4-litre Creta will be priced between Rs 9.5 lakh and Rs 11.5 lakh while the range topping 1.6-litre Creta will be priced from Rs 11.9 lakh to Rs 14.1 lakh, according to Zigwheels.
