Reliance Industries to shut Jamnagar CDU for 10 days

The other three distillation units, including major secondary processing units will operate normally during this period and the planned maintenance activity will not have any impact on commercial commitments, ET reported on Monday, citing a release by the company.
According to the company, the routine shut down will also help it carry out necessary modifications to improve the reliability and performance of the unit.
Reliance, owner of the world's biggest refining complex, has two mega-sized refineries in India. The older 660,000-bpd refinery at the complex also has two crude units and mainly caters to domestic demand.
