The DC Universe will finally kick off March 25.
"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" laid the groundwork for a new series of superhero films with appearances from Wonder Woman, Flash, Cyborg, Aquaman, and nods to even more icons.
While Marvel's "Captain America: Civil War" will be its 13th film in its cinematic universe, the DC Comics' multiverse is still only in the single digits.
That's about to change. Back in October 2014, the studio announced ten new films over the next five years and "Batman V Superman" was only the first.
