Fourth Gen Honda City crosses sales of 2.5 lakh units within 2.5 years

Honda, the carmaker from Japan has announced that fourth generation Honda City has sold 250,000 units within 30 months of its launch, thus becoming the best-selling Honda City ever.
"With its new-generation technologies, the 4th Generation City meets our customers' aspirations for a premium product. It is also a testimony of our commitment to bring the best models and technologies for our customers in India," said HCIL President and CEO Yoichiro Ueno.
The first generation of Honda City was launched in India around two decades back in January 1998, and has sold more than 6.8 lakh units, becoming a favourite of many.
