Quitting a job is hard, no matter what the circumstances.

It's very easy to do it recklessly and burn bridges on your way out - but that's the worst thing you can possibly do.

Luckily, there are smart ways to go about quitting that will allow you to keep your reputation (and "bridges") in tact.
