Chaos hits the Tour de France as leader Chris Froome had to run on foot after crashing into a motorbike, losing the yellow jersey

In an unbelievable sight on Thursday at the Tour de France, race leader Chris Froome had to run up the famous Ventoux climb after an incident with a motorbike saw riders crash to the ground and left Froome without a bike.

At risk of losing time and even possibly his race lead, he started running up the climb frantically among thousands of fans.
