  • Emma Stone is selling her home in Los Angeles.
  • The four-bedroom, four-bathroom house is listed for nearly $4 million.

Just months after her home-improvement drama series "The Curse" premiered on Showtime, Emma Stone got into the actual real-estate game.

She recently listed her four-bedroom home in the Comstock Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles with Eric Lavey of Sotheby's International Realty - Beverly Hills Brokerage for $3.995 million.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Stone bought the home in 2019 and renovated it. She likely spent time in the house with her husband, Dave McCary, as they were engaged by the end of 2019. The couple also welcomed their daughter, Louise Jean McCary, in 2021.

Now, Stone is selling the house in LA, and she may be spending less time in California overall. According to the Journal, she owns a home in Austin.

Take a look at the house.

The house looks fairly humble from the exterior, with a large yard and a front gate that attaches to the house.

Both the gate to the home and the driveway are sage green, coordinating with the shutters on the home's front windows.

According to the listing, the 3,276-acre home was built in 1926.

It also features a pop of color with a blue oven, tying it to the bright living area.

Though the home was built nearly 100 years ago, the listing notes that it was recently renovated, so it has modern amenities.

The house is listed for just under $4 million, which isn't unusual for Stone.

In 2022, she listed a home she owned in Malibu for $4.295 million, The Wall Street Journal reported. According to People, the house, which had views of the Pacific Ocean, sold for $200,000 over the asking price.
