Expectations are for the report to show a reading of -9, slightly better than the -11.2 last month but still indicating, showing deteriorating business conditions in Texas.
But the big part of this report comes out of the commentary from Texas business leaders, who have given an on-the-ground picture of how the decline in oil prices is impacting of the country's most oil-related economies.
